The cost of the 2023-2024 SHIP for annual enrollment is $3784. However, in order to keep healthcare costs lower for our students, 学院将利用学生健康保险计划储备金来补贴向学生收取的部分保费.  这意味着学生全年支付的保费将为3712美元, which will be billed by semester:

• Fall: $1549 charged to student accounts ($36 covered by CC)

Once in the enrollment/waiver portal，选择“注册”或“放弃”的链接，并输入所需信息. The process will take just a few minutes to complete:

WAIVER PROCESS:

If you are covered by a comparable health insurance plan, 你必须提交一份弃权书才能撤销学生账户的费用. To be eligible for a 弃权，您的保险必须被认为是“可比”的，并符合以下所有标准:

• Plans must NOT have a pre-existing condition limitation.
• Plans must include the essential health benefits.

ENROLLMENT PROCESS:
